Breaking a few Eggs

George Bernard Shaw once said, “There is no sincerer love than the love of food.”  Personally I can’t think of a better way to share love than thru food, some of my best memories and celebrations have all been accompanied with amazing meals. One of the defining aspects of culture is food it helps identify who we are and provides so much pride. Much of society nowadays relies on fast food, and quick gimmicks to prepare meals in the least amount of time possible. I totally understand this need with a family of hungry people to feel every night and not enough time to do it. Carve out time, sit down, take a break, breathe, open a bottle of wine and discuss the day. Time is an illusion that we manage, one has the power to use that “time” in whatever way one chooses, whether it be staring at an LCD screen and swiping left or right or preparing a lovely meal for your friends and family. I believe food like music is a universal unifier, it spans the generational gap, it brings cultures together, and it is love.

So lets choose love and break a few eggs together, your soul will thank you for it later.
